For packages that are delivering a Specialty good, (e.g. wine or e-cig) if a package was already marked as Attempted and the driver left a note, you can change the delivery time for the package, or the next delivery attempt will be clearly indicated.
For regular deliveries, currently, we have no way to change the delivery time. Most carriers, however, deliver a package some time between 5-8 PM EST so that someone is at home.
